This Privacy Policy explains how Abmora(“Abmora,” “we”) handles information in connection with the Mora product. By using Mora you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you connect Gmail, Mora accesses your email in order to provide the product: summaries, tasks, client records, calendar items, and drafted replies. We also collect account details you provide, such as your name, work email, and company, and basic usage information needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

  • To read and organize your email into the features Mora provides.
  • To draft replies and suggestions that you review and approve.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the product.
  • To communicate with you about your account and support.

How your email is handled

Your email content is used to run your workspace. It is not used to train third-party AI models. Access tokens that connect Mora to your Gmail are encrypted at rest, and each account’s data is separated at the database level.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the product (for example, infrastructure and email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail at any time. During beta, requests to export or delete your data are handled manually. Email support@abmora.app and we will take care of it.
